The questions worth answering before you spend anything.
Answers on pricing, timelines, tools, ownership, and what is included in each RAWTech system. If you already know which system fits, compare the two. If you are not sure, start with the free scan.
Pricing is flat and published. The delivery clock starts only after an approved written scope, the required payment, and confirmed inputs and access. If a question is not answered here, the contact form is a direct line.
Two fixed-price customer-flow systems: the Booking-to-Review System, and the Booking-First Website + System. Behind them sit a free scan and two paid diagnostics, plus prescribed modules we install when a diagnostic shows only one part of the flow is broken.
Start with the free scan, which costs nothing and takes about 60 seconds. It only reviews what customers can see on your website and booking page. If the problem looks confined to your website, the $295 Website Growth & Trust Audit is the next step, paid when you start it and delivered in three business days. If it runs across booking, deposits, reminders, follow-up, reviews, and rebooking, the $495 Loop Audit is the next step, paid when you start it and delivered in five business days. Either audit fee credits back in full against an eligible system started within 30 days.
The $295 audit reads your website: trust signals, clarity, and whether visits turn into bookings. It is paid when you start it and delivered in three business days. The $495 audit reads the whole loop: site, booking, deposits, reminders, no-shows, follow-up, reviews, and rebooking. It is paid when you start it and delivered in five business days. Choose the smaller diagnostic when the website is the obvious suspect, and the larger one when you cannot tell where the flow is leaking.
Owner-operators of appointment-based businesses who still answer their own phone: shops, studios, mobile crews, clinics, and dealership service departments. They already know the workflow is costing them money, and they do not have the time to rewire it themselves.
For a system install, we qualify your booking tool during scoping, before any payment is requested. The confirmed tools and any limitations are named in the written scope you approve. Requesting a written scope costs nothing: after compatibility, inputs, capacity, and scope are approved, RAWTech requests the required 50% project payment.
Deposit behavior depends on your booking tool, your policy, and the written scope. Compatibility is checked during qualification and confirmed in the scope before anything is wired. The No-Show Fix module turns deposits on and supplies the policy language that goes with them, and it is prescribed after a diagnostic shows it is the right fix, not sold as a standalone purchase.
The two systems are the priced shelf. The Booking-to-Review System runs $3,500 to $5,500, and the Booking-First Website + System runs $8,500 to $12,000. Diagnostics sit underneath them: the free scan is $0, the Website Growth & Trust Audit is $295, and the Loop Audit is $495. Prescribed modules run $750 to $3,500 and are scoped after a diagnostic.
The Booking-to-Review System takes 10 business days, and the Booking-First Website + System takes 2 to 3 weeks. The Website Growth & Trust Audit takes 3 business days and the Loop Audit takes 5. Prescribed modules take 3 to 10 business days. Every clock starts only after an approved written scope, the required payment, and confirmed inputs and access.
We do not sell retainers. Every installation ships with a recorded walkthrough and written documentation, so the business owns and operates the system. When a different part of the flow breaks later, we scope the work that addresses it.
Yes. RAWTech is based in Fairfield County, CT, and installs run remotely for operators across the US.
You do. Accounts, automations, configurations, and documentation belong to the business from the first day of the engagement. There is no licensing arrangement and no lock-in.
If the real issue is founder dependency, handoffs, ownership structure, hiring, or general operational drag, that is not RAWTech work. Start with Ray Williams Consulting. RAWTech fixes measurable problems inside the booking loop. RWC diagnoses the operating model.
before you request a scope
Know what's broken, or find out first.
If you already know which system fits, the Booking-to-Review System wires booking, deposits, reminders, reviews, and rebooking onto tools you already run, and the Booking-First Website + System adds a rebuilt booking-first site on top of that same flow. Both are fixed price with a fixed timeline, and both start from a written scope, not a guess. If you are not sure which one fits, or whether the problem is even in the booking flow, start with the free scan instead.
You do not need to know the fix yet. A diagnostic gives you a written read on your site or your full customer flow, and the eligible paid audit fee is credited in full when you book a system within 30 days.
