1. Acceptance
By accessing rawtechs.com (the “Site”) or engaging RAWTech for services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or our services.
2. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use automated means to extract content at scale without our written permission.
3. Services and engagements
Any consulting, design, development, or automation work RAWTech performs for you is governed by a separate written agreement (proposal, statement of work, or contract). Those engagement terms control over anything inconsistent in these Site terms.
4. Intellectual property
Site content (copy, layout, code, marks, and the RAWTech name and logo) is owned by RAWTech or its licensors. You may view and share the content for personal or business reference, but may not republish or resell it without permission. Client deliverables and ownership are addressed in the applicable engagement agreement.
5. Third-party links and tools
The Site may link to third-party websites or embed third-party tools (e.g. scheduling). We are not responsible for their content or practices. Review their own terms before use.
6. Disclaimers
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, RAWTech disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RAWTech will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site. Liability for any direct damages related to the Site is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100).
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Exclusive venue for disputes lies in the state and federal courts located in Fairfield County, Connecticut.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
