Postmark compatibility.

Transactional email with domain authentication wired for the sending domain.

what it is

Transactional email with domain authentication wired for the sending domain.

Who Postmark is generally built for

Businesses that need transactional email, confirmations, reminders, receipts, and review requests, to arrive reliably from their own domain.

Where it sits in the booking-to-review loop

It is the delivery layer underneath the loop rather than a stage of it. When reminders or review requests are not landing, this is usually where the problem is.

What RAWTech can assess, connect, or configure here

  • Assess current deliverability: whether your domain is authenticated and whether transactional mail is mixed in with bulk sending
  • Configure domain authentication records, DKIM, SPF, and a DMARC policy, on your sending domain
  • Connect your booking or automation tool so reminders, review requests, and recovery email send from your domain
  • Set up separate message streams plus bounce and suppression handling so one bad list does not take down your confirmations

Limitations and plan-dependent considerations

Read this before you assume a step is possible. Compatibility is not the same as official support, and features differ between accounts.

  • Transactional streams are for one-to-one mail triggered by an event. Bulk marketing sends belong on a broadcast stream or a different tool.
  • Account approval, sending limits, and stream rules are Postmark's. They are not something RAWTech can waive.
  • DNS access on your sending domain is required. Without it, authentication cannot be completed.
  • Deliverability also depends on your domain history and how customers respond to your mail. No sender guarantees inbox placement.
